About Nadina Rose, designing modern websites that help ideas come clearly and confidence

Hi, I’m Aditya Kharial

I've spent the last 5 years designing for enterprise systems, AI products, and everything in between. I care about the thinking behind the design as much as the design itself.

AI should speed up the thinking, not skip it.

I use Claude and Codex every day, to synthesize faster, explore more, and pressure test ideas. But AI doesn't replace the research conversation, the messy synthesis, or the design judgment. It just means I can do more of it.

Good design serves people and business. Not one or the other.

A design that users love but the business can't sustain isn't good design. I hold both in tension on every project.

The best design is the one people don't notice.

When authentication feels effortless, when a finance report makes sense without training, when feedback becomes a decision in three steps instead of eight, that's when design has done its job. Invisible by design.
